The first two trips going out to Greenland this summer are now fully booked up - although there is a chance I will run a third trip starting early August if there is enough interest. Five or six places would be available.
This summer I am also running some sessions for the local people in Tasiilaq - folk who have lived in Greenland all their lives but never had a chance to experience kayaking.
A UK kayak coach who has local knowledge will fly out specifically for this and Valley Canoe Products have come on board, supplying some extra kayaks for the project.
It is hoped this will be an ongoing event.
